BIM 360 Docs is here and it's free!

Autodesk announces that BIM 360 Docs is now available for public access.  From its start as Project Alexandria to a successful debut at Autodesk University and a 2-month preview, BIM 360 Docs is here.

BIM 360 Docs host of great features, including: 
  • Powerful tools to publish and curate construction docs, including the ability to automatically extract sheets from multi-page PDFs and models
  • Access control, versioning and history to control the flow of documents and accurately release information to the entire construction project team
  • A zero-client plan and model viewer — optimized for the iPhone and iPad — that lets you easily switch between 2D and 3D files
  • Collaborative viewing and markup tools, including the ability to control visibility of markups based on permissions
