Autodesk Policy Change- Upgrades Ending February 1, 2015

As announced at the recent Autodesk Investor Day, effective
February 1, 2015, Autodesk will discontinue upgrade purchase options for all
non-current versions of our products. Autodesk will still continue to
offer customers options to “cross-grade” from a current-release perpetual
license to a current-release with greater functionality, such as AutoCAD to a
Design Suite.
